Hi Steve, I thought about that a lot before and while I wrote this. Working through all of those thoughts resolved that issue for me. I don’t think there is anything to “sit back and take” and I don’t think there was any declaration of animosity. Unfortunately, the entire long piece of writing is the only way I have to explain why I think that.
