If Netflix employees were just demonstrating to get better job benefits they wouldn’t be coming to this in good faith. I believe them when they say they’re offended by the special, but the special is raising issues that are really complex and haven’t really been talked about before. They’ve missed the point but I have no reason to believe it is intentional.
